Hi! I’m Jillian.

Welcome to my blog!

I’m a creative techie who loves fashion, art & design, all things wellness, and finding the best things to do in Dallas.

What is this all about?

fashion & design– Contemporary designers, vintage shopping, and bargain hunting are my favorite topics of conversation. I also love contemporary art and exploring galleries & museums. We bring it all together here.

Dallas food scene – We’re eating our way through this city one Resy at a time. I’ll share my favorite restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly, happy hours, so you can enjoy them too.

things to do in DFW – I am the opposite of a homebody. I love being out and about in my community and finding unique ways to spend my time outside of the office.

UX life – I am fortunate enough to genuinely love my day job. I also love talking about it. You'll occasionally get insights about tech, design, navigating corporate life as a creative, and the tools that make my professional life easier.

fitness + wellness – I’m a certified Pilates instructor, CPT and wellness coach through NASM. I’m always trying out new studios and working towards mental & physical wellness.

About me:

  • I just moved to Dallas in 2025 with my husband and our 3 rescue dogs. We moved for my job and to be closer to family.

  • I used to teach at Club Pilates and have a pilates studio in our house.

  • We’ve rescued 3 dogs and foster dogs when our work schedules allow!

  • I’ve run 4 half marathons and am hoping to finish my 5th next year.

  • My favorite coffee shop order is an oatmilk matcha with earl grey syrup (try it, just trust me!) or a black coffee

  • I’ve worked as a wine distributor, tattoo shop girl, big 4 consultant, parks & rec planner and art council fellow before settling into a corporate creative tech career.
