Virtual PErsonal training

Ideal for those who have physical fitness goals and want a plan completely customized to your fitness preferences. No gym membership or heavy weights required (unless you’re into that!)

  • Initial goal setting session

  • Movement plan customized to your goals - including cardio, strength, flexibilty and recovery

  • Option to focus on a variety of different movement methods (yoga, pilates, barre, etc…)

  • Live virtual training sessions

  • Basic nutritional guidance
